How do I book my hotel room?
We have a block of rooms at The Elms Hotel & Spa reserved at a special rate. Please click here to access them! You can also call the hotel at 816-630-5500 and request to be booked under Ferguson-Marriott Wedding.Book by 4/29/22 to receive the discount.There are other hotels in the area, but we'd really like it if you were able to stay at the hotel where all the events are taking place!
Can I bring a date?
If your invitation states 'and Guest' then yes. Please include their information when you RSVP online. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
What is the dress code?
This is a formal event! The dress code is black tie optional. There will be dancing, so consider wearing comfortable shoes, or bringing a more comfortable pair to change into for later in the evening.
Please no jeans.
Can we take pictures?
Please leave all picture taking for after the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer, and we don't want you to miss a thing!
What about parking?
The hotel has a large parking lot, or you can take advantage of a complimentary valet service!
